Data Deletion Instructions

Users and customers may request deletion of their data associated with the Hexa Info Soft WhatsApp CRM Platform.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please:

1. Send an email to: privacy@hexainfosoft.in
2. Include:
   • Your registered phone number
   • Company name
   • Details of the deletion request

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe subject to operational and backup retention requirements.

Data Removed

Upon successful verification, we will delete:

• Customer contact information
• WhatsApp conversation history
• Uploaded media/files
• CRM-related records

Some technical logs or backup records may remain temporarily as required for legal, security, or operational compliance.
