6. Account Registration and Security
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality

- Restricting unauthorized account access
- Promptly notifying us of security incidents
We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized or unlawful activity.
7. Data and Privacy

Following verified deletion requests or account termination, data will be removed within reasonable operational timelines subject to backup and legal requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEXA INFO SOFT shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Revenue loss
- Third-party platform actions
- WhatsApp or Meta service interruptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Service during the preceding 12 months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEXA INFO SOFT, its employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Unauthorized communications or messaging activities
